What changes for you
Our new name and domain, and the one address to change in your API calls. Your API keys, webhooks, accounts and credits stay the same.
A new name
A new name for a bigger vision. Fans API brings our APIs, tools and creator platforms together under one name: OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue in one developer platform.
It is the same team and the same API you already use. With the new name comes a new domain: fansapi.com. Only the address changes. Everything else stays the same.
The short version
In your API calls, replace
https://app.onlyfansapi.com/api/
with
https://api.fansapi.com/api/
That is the only change you need to make. You don't need a new API key, and you don't need to change your webhooks.
What changes
| Old address | New address | What to do | |
|---|---|---|---|
| API calls | https://app.onlyfansapi.com/api/... | https://api.fansapi.com/api/... | Update the address. API calls are not redirected. |
| Dashboard | https://app.onlyfansapi.com | https://app.fansapi.com | Nothing. It already redirects. |
Keep /api/ in the address
The new address has api in it twice: https://api.fansapi.com/api/.... Don't remove the /api/ part. Without it, your calls fail.
When you open the dashboard on the old address, you land on the same page on the new address. You need to log in once there. After that, update your bookmark.
What stays the same
You don't need to change any of these:
- API keys. Your existing keys work on the new address. Don't create new ones.
- Connected accounts. Your connected OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue accounts stay connected. You don't need to log in to them again.
- Webhooks. We keep sending webhooks to the same URLs on your server, with the same signing secret. You don't need to change anything.
- Credits, plan and billing. Your balance, subscription and invoices stay the same.
- Team members and permissions. Everyone on your team keeps their access.
- Endpoints and data. Every endpoint, request and response stays exactly the same. Only the domain is new.
How to update
Find the old address
Search your code, settings or automation tool for app.onlyfansapi.com. Each place where it appears in an API call needs an update.
Replace the domain
Change app.onlyfansapi.com to api.fansapi.com. Keep everything after it the same.
Before
curl https://app.onlyfansapi.com/api/whoami \
--header 'Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY'After
curl https://api.fansapi.com/api/whoami \
--header 'Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY'Only the domain changed. The path (/api/whoami) and the API key stay the same.
Test one call
Run one API call, for example Whoami. If it returns your team details, you are done.
