How to use OnlyFans API in line with our Terms of Service and the OnlyFans Terms of Service: your accounts only, no AI training on platform data, #ai labels and what is not allowed.

Independence

OnlyFans API is an independent service by Fans Holdings OÜ. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited. OnlyFans has no official public API.

Your accounts only

Connect only accounts you own or are authorised in writing to manage. You confirm this when you accept our Terms of Service (§4 Representations).

OnlyFans Terms you must know

§8(b) Creator responsibility. The creator stays responsible for everything a third-party assistant or tool does on their account, including OnlyFans API.
§8(g) Automated collection and AI training. The OnlyFans Terms restrict automated data collection, circumventing access controls and using platform content to train AI.
AI content labels. AI-generated or AI-altered posts, media and voice messages must clearly feature the verified creator and be labelled #ai.

OnlyFans can change its Terms and enforcement at any time. You are responsible for following the current version.

What we do

We never use Platform Data to train or improve any AI or machine-learning model.
We don't store media beyond the transient processing needed to deliver your request.
We delete your connected account's data when you disconnect it.
We encrypt credentials (AES-256-CBC, MAC-signed).

What you must not do

Connect or access any account you do not own or are not authorised in writing to manage.
Collect, export or download content or personal data of other creators or users beyond what the connected account is entitled to view.
Redistribute, resell or publish that content or data.
Bypass any paywall, subscription, pay-per-view or other access control of a platform.
Use Platform Data to train or enhance any AI or machine-learning system.
Publish AI-generated or AI-altered content without the labels a platform requires.
Send spam, deceptive or unsolicited mass messages, or messages that breach a platform's rules.
Upload or process biometric, face-recognition or identity-document data through the Service.

Good practice

Have a human review AI-written messages before they are sent.
Keep mass-message volume sensible and follow OnlyFans messaging rules.
Give analytics tools read-only keys once scoped keys are available. Today every API key has full access, so share keys only with the people and systems that need them.
