Update Vault Album
Update an album's title and/or description. Only the fields you send are changed; pass an empty string to clear one. To reorder albums, use the Reorder Vault Albums endpoint.
Fansly only accepts a whole-album update, so this reads the album before writing it back. Avoid running it concurrently with Reorder Vault Albums on the same account — an update that overlaps a reorder can revert that album to its previous position.
